Way to go Amelia!

SWC grade 12 student, Amelia Lucas was very busy dominating three wrestling tournaments over the break.

In the Canadian Team Trials for Team Canada, she achieved second place, losing by only one point, making her an alternate for Team Canada.

Then in Estonia, she placed 3rd in the Tallinn Open, a tournament with 2200 wrestlers from 30 countries over Europe, America, and Africa represented. 

Finally, in the Netherlands she earned another 3rd place, wrestling in the Utrecht Easter tournament which again had countries all over Europe represented.
