Student ID Pictures and Cards – required for writing Exams!
Students will need their ID’s to write exams! Students who have lost their ID’s or not had their picture taken for their photo ID cards will need to go to the Business Office and have their picture taken. Replacement ID cards are $5.00
Semester 2 Timetable Changes - Counsellor Appointments
Monday, January 27, 2025, will be the last day for student-initiated timetable change requests for Semester 2. Guidance counsellors are available for 10-minute appointments in person, virtually or phone calls during the exam period. Please use the QR Code below to book an Appointment; alternatively, you may also go to the main office to book.
You may request a class change for the following reasons:
- You lack the prerequisite for the class you are scheduled for
- You need to drop a class and will still maintain the required minimum
You MAY NOT request a change for the following reasons:
- Change in teacher – if you have not completed a class with the teacher previously, you may not request to change the teacher.
- Changes to complementary classes cannot be granted.
Graduation Photos
Lifetouch photographers will be set up at SWC taking Grad photos from Monday January 6/25 to Friday January 24/25. Please refer to the full email sent out to all Grade 12 students and families. If you have questions specific to the Grad photos and/or booking inquiries, please call Lifetouch Prestige directly at 780-437-2431. Peer Tutoring
FREE Peer Tutoring is available for SWC students. If you need help or support in any subject, we do our best to match you up with a student tutor. Also, if you are interested in becoming a tutor, you can volunteer to do so and strengthen your own understanding by explaining things to others.

Counsellor Access and Appointment Booking
Students can book Counsellor Appointments in the Main Office with any of the secretaries (scan the QR code outside the main office or Student Services door, or complete the form on the Student Services D2L shell. Students must come to the Main Office to access their Counsellor appointments and check-in with any of the secretaries.

Students requiring an unofficial SWC Transcript can complete a form on the Student Services D2L shell (see Content browser on right hand side and click on link), scan the QR code outside Student Services, or complete a request form in the Main office. We request 24 hours to fulfill the request.
